Russ Robinson is a veteran Drifter and always seems to get the bigs. This hook jawed rooster hit a Spruce-A-Bu streamer in a deep, secluded pool accessible by drift boat only. Good work Russ, that fish had serious game.

Richard Rybak took big fish honors on his annual drift boat down the Owens with friends. Rich banged out back to back bigs using a Spruce-A-Bu pattern. Great fish Rich!

Long time friend & Drifter Sam Harvey represented the San Diego Fly Fishers well on his recent drift boat trip with Doug Rodricks. Sam nailed a couple bigs using the “dip & strip” method of steamer fishing.
